    Hi!

I got the message from Microsoft, that they enforce TLS 1.2 usage and that they retire TLS 1.0 and 1.1 – but I got a hard time finding out if the SMTP Plugin is using TLS 1.2.

Can you or someone clarify if I need to take action here? I read that the OAUTH 2.0 Extension isn’t available right now. That’s sad.

    Best,
    Eric

  • Hi Eric,

Sorry that I am only just getting around to reading your forum post and replying to you. I have been super busy lately, and this is the first opportunity I’ve had to respond.

As far as I am aware you will be unaffected by this Microsoft change.

Unfortunately the OAuth 2.0 extension is not available, as you say. Microsoft’s API is rapidly changing, and it is tricky to provide this for free.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

Hi Tim! ?? Thanks for your answer. I understand you, it is the same for mem only that you answering me is a non-paid hobby, and me checking this plug-in is part of my job. I get the problem.

I was just coming back to this topic. Until now we are not facing issues.

I would pay for additional features and services!

    Hi @ericsiegert,

No problem, glad I could help you. We have looked at the possibility of ‘premium’ extensions in the past, but at the moment the developer just does not have enough time to physically commit to this.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
