    How can we translate this?
“Simply click on this link to stop receiving emails from us”

Following the instructions here https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/221-customize-your-unsubscribe-page and using that function simply adds the content to the unsubscribe page, without removing the content in English so I end up having 2 blocks of text, one in English and one in my language.

    Please advise.

    Hi there,

You are referring to the snippet using the mailpoet_unsubscribe_confirmation_page filter, correct? When I add it to my site, it replaces the existing text with whatever I enter:

    custom text
    Link to image: https://d.pr/i/M5iWSN

If you were altering the snippet, please copy what you have here so we can take a look.

Yes, apparently it was a cache issue showing both the translated and the original text. Anyway, the question is why do we need this function when it should have used the translation from the lang file…?

Problem solved by relocating the translation file to Custom (Loco Translator)
