    I have installed Jetpack. When I activate it, I get the first screen. I clicked on Set up Jetpack, which takes me to the next screen. On it, it says “Jetpack is activated. Unlock more amazing features by connecting a user account.”

    Below that is a grey box with the message “This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.”

    I can go no further.

    Prior to activating Jetpack, I had installed and activated Jetpack Boost. Now when I go back to jetpack Boost Settings, nothing is displayed.

    I deactivated Jetpack Boost, but the problem with Jetpack still exists.

    Hi @jimor,

    I checked your site and everything seems to be working okay with Jetpack. However, I noticed that your Jetpack site is currently connected with a site-only connection. This could be the reason why you see all those blocked features. If you want to connect your WordPress.com account, go to your Jetpack Dashboard, and under ConnectionsAccount Connection click on the “Connect your WordPress.com account link:

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times using 2 different admin accounts on my website. I finally got it to install and link to wordpress.com.

    However, when I go back to my website and select Jetpack->Dashboard, I just get this:
    https://jimorchesonphotography.com/jetpack-dashboard/

    My site is also extremely slow until I deactivate Jetpack.

    @jimor

    I checked your Jetpack connection and it is down, that is why you can’t load your dashboard.

    Would you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:

    1 – Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
    2 – Scroll down to find the *Connections* area.
    3 – Click *Manage site connection*.
    4 – Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
    5. – Click the **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

    This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

    * [How to disconnect Jetpack](https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#disconnecting-jetpack)

    After reconnecting, please contact us back to verify your connection again.

    Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle

    I continued to have similar problems whenever I tried to install/activate Jetpack. I eventually moved on to a different plugin which is giving very high Pagespeed Insights scores, so I will stick with it for now.
    Thanks for the attempts to help. If I run into problems with that plugin, I may try Jetpack again.
