3 Orders so far, all come across with no shipping address

    This is a problem because we have fraud filters set up in Authorize.net to hold transactions that do not have a shipping address added. I then have to manually go in and approve the transaction when I notice it so it prevents instant delivery!

    Out of thousands of orders I’ve never seen orders come through without shipping addresses. How do we fix this? Thanks in advance!

    The gift card product is marked as Virtual in WooCommerce. When a Virtual card is purchased without any regular products, there is no Shipping Address collected during checkout. This is part of the core WooCommerce system since Virtual products are not shipped.

    Contact the developer of the Authorize.net payment gateway plugin that you are using and find out the settings to use when a Virtual product is purchased.
