• Something changed in a recent update of your product. When I am using WPC Frequently bought together for a variable product, the variable product always shows the price range, even when a variation is selected by the user. Note that when a variation has been selected, and the user selects a “Frequently Bought Together” product, the price range disappears and the correct price is displayed.

Expected behavior: Choose a variation, the variation price is displayed
Actual behavior: Choose a variation, the variation price range is still displayed.

This only happens for variable products which have a “frequently bought together” product assigned to it. Variable products without “Frequently bought together” products work correctly.

  • Hi @dfel,

If you are using WPC Composite products or WPC Product Bundles which combines with our WPC Frequently Bought together, pls kindly go to the back-end settings of our WPC Composite products or WPC Product Bundles plugin and choose the option to “show price” for the main product >> Update option

Then you can see the price of your variable product after selecting it

    Hello,

I am using the paid version of WPC Frequently Bought Together 3.9.6. I do not use Product bundles or composite products.

In the frequently bought together settings the “Show Price” option is already set to “Price”.

Your product was working previously, I don’t know when it changed but after some recent update I suspect.
