I’m getting this error in my events manager and have checked the error logs and all events seem to have matching Ip addresses and browser ID’s. Why am I still getting this error? Is there a way to check server log information or does the log send the same browser information over the server conversion API?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Secondly, does using a CDN interfere with the conversion api sending data. Do I need to exclude event pages (Landing page, Add to cart page, initiate checkout page) from the CDN (Cloudflare)?

If you were to provide the exact error message you are seeing on Facebook, that might help, but I believe that you are probably faced with this issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/1777 which remains open and under investigation.

You should expect that the use of a CDN would not interfere with the conversion api sending data.
