“HashBar – WordPress Notification Bar” Version: 1.2.7
    WordPress Version: 5.7.4

When upload a new image to WordPress Media Library, the image is uploaded to a wrong folder “/2021/07/” instead of the current year and month folder like “/2021/12/”.

Then I find out that in Media Library – Add New page (/wp-admin/media-new.php), when I hover the “Try the browser uploader instead.” hyperlink, its URL is “/wp-admin/media-new.php?browser-uploader&post_id=8569”. Which is associated with a HashBar post, so this explain why the image is being uploaded to “/2021/07/”, since that HashBar post publish date is July 2021 and the new image path follow its publish date (A WordPress feature when you upload image in a published post).

Also tried to remove that HashBar post (id=8569), but the post_id in “browser uploader” hyperlink just change to another HashBar post id (the oldest HashBar post id)

Deactivate all plugins except “HashBar – WordPress Notification Bar” and switch to default theme “Twenty Nineteen” didn’t solve the problem.
So I deactivate the plugin “HashBar – WordPress Notification Bar”, then the “browser uploader” hyperlink becomes normal (/wp-admin/media-new.php?browser-uploader), so the problem should be caused by this plugin.

My question is how can I make the new media path NOT to follow the oldest HashBar post publish date, but upload to the current year/month path (e.g. “/2021/12/”). Please help.
