    Hi support..

    This is a ticket send to your support team 24/11 – 2021:

    “We have a client with a website: https://www.theadvice.net/

    A week ago the “De Carousel” slider worked fine, we haven’t changed anything noticeable with the setup, no new plugins. We did update wordpress and Elementor to the latest versions.

    Now the slider displays the slider perfectly (sometimes) on the frontend, but when the slide animation starts the next slides are all blank with no content.

    Sometimes when you are viewing the slider from the “edit with Elementor” side of things it looks and works correctly, but still doesn’t work on frontend.

    We don’t run any cache like programs on the site, I tried different browsers and cleared my local cache. With no luck.”

    The only thing we have gotten from support is this reply:

    And a mail stating that they will close our ticket since they havent gotten an reply in 7 days… when its clearly statet in the above message “Please wait for a reply from us”…

    We might need to look for better themes, this is not something we got time to as a large agency.
