• Hi! Just installed this plugin and got stopped immediately.

Selected Non-Profit as the website type.

The next page forces me to “Select your donors” by associating a WP role with Donors. Furthermore, it’s required in order to proceed.

Unfortunately this requirement is rather shortsighted/presumptuous, as in our case WordPress is not a part of our either our donation, or communications signup process. In other words, donors will most likely never receive any user account within our WordPress CMS.

Please see screen shot here of the message:

As such, for now I just changed the site type to “Blog”. I’m not sure if there are any interesting features or helpful settings when choosing the Non-Profit site type vs Blog, but again, I was unable to proceed with the Non-Profit selection.

Thanks for receiving my note! Perhaps it would be worth considering making this step optional, as in many cases it simply won’t apply and there’s no need just picking one just to add useless records and rules to what I’m sure is already a very complex plugin.

    Kindly ??
