Re-sell Woo store

I’m looking to create a single WooCommerce backend. That can then be resold to several vendors with their own front ends. Each vendor would have a customised shop page and other custom pages. All vendors would be using the same inventory but different store owner details and their own pricing all accessed from their own domain.

A bit like a drop shipping backend with full access to the multiple front stores.

Any ideas about where to start to build this and what components are be needed would be gratefully received.
