Changed home directory-re-establish SSL?

I have recently had to change my domain’s home directory on the same server. Everything continues to work as normal, but the https:// returns the ‘Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead’ error now.

Is there a way to re-establish the old certificate now that the home directory has changed from home/old_dir/website/, to home/new_dir/website/ ?
