Auction Items Expiring Early

  • We set up several auctions with an ending to correspond to a live conference. The timezone and item ending times were all set correctly. But this morning all the items ended EARLY and “winners” were alerted. What a mess this created for us!

    Apologies for inconvenience. We have not come across this what you have told us. We’ve tested this issue on our servers. But we didn’t find the problem.

    Can you tell us which timezone you are using on your site? Any UTC based timezone (e.g. UTC + 3, UTC-5) does not work with the auction plugin and it is possible that the auction ended early. We suggest that please set a timezone based on the country or city.

    If you do not use any UTC based timezone, please update WordPress and Auction Plugin with the latest version and test this issue again.
