Can ANYONE get support from Events Calendar?

I find that it is IMPOSSIBLE to open a support ticket with the Events Calendar people. You log in, click to open a ticket (Contact Support), but the support page shows that you are not logged in. It tells you to log in to prove that you are licensed. But when you log in, you are sent back to your account page, where you click on Contact Support, etc., etc., etc.
REALLY POOR DESIGN! And, I can’t get my questions answered!
