    I find that it is IMPOSSIBLE to open a support ticket with the Events Calendar people. You log in, click to open a ticket (Contact Support), but the support page shows that you are not logged in. It tells you to log in to prove that you are licensed. But when you log in, you are sent back to your account page, where you click on Contact Support, etc., etc., etc.

    REALLY POOR DESIGN! And, I can’t get my questions answered!

    Really sorry about this. We are looking into why you are being sent around in a circle. That is definitely not good, and not intended.

    After you have logged in, please go to the support page. If there you still see that you are NOT logged in, then please try clearing your cache and force refresh the page with Ctrl + Shift + R.

    If that still doesn’t do the trick, then please drop us an email to support [at] theeventscalendar.com with the details of your issue and we’ll help you out.
