The plugin yith-woocommerce-points-and-rewards/init.php has been deactivated due

  • Hi Yith team,

    We installed Yith WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin and then understood that it does not fully address our needs hence uninstalled it back. Now we see the below error when we go to the Plugins page in our website:

    The plugin yith-woocommerce-points-and-rewards/init.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

    Could you please explain what is happening here and how can it be fixed?

    We are using the latest versions of WP, WooCommerce and Yith plugin with a multisite setup (this site is the subsite of a multisite)

    Update: I do not see this message anymore, however still wondering if there is any implications to uninstalling the plugin. Are there any actions we should take aside from utilizing the wordpress panel to uninstall?
