    Hi, i’ve got lot complain from user because they cannot see the send button, any idea how to make it darker? many thanks

    and a few times tested the 2nd line for greeting didn’t appear, so user didn’t know if the bot asking for the name, see attachment below

    Hi Andy,

    The Send button seems alright today.
    I can also see the message you mentioned in the last screenshot. See https://prnt.sc/224l9mw

    However, that message does not seem to always show up. It could be a setting with your litepspeed cache. Can you try going to the Language center, make sure all the fields have values (no empty field). Then save the language settings again either way? Also, Re-Index the Simple Text Responses. Then purge the Cache completely and check in a new browser window in Incognito/Private mode.
