Hi, I’m calling for your help because I’m having trouble configuring “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce” and “trackship” correctly.

I use Dsers to place my orders, I automatically send the tracking number and the carrier on each order, but I can’t get the “Shipping status”. If I understand correctly, it is the shipping status that triggers the sending of an email and generates a consultation page for each customer.

Do you know where I could have made a mistake in the plugin settings? I also said that I have done a manual synchronization but it does not work either.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi, does Dsers update the tracking into the shipment tracking fields or into the order notes?

Hello, thank you for your answer.
Dsers provides tracking numbers in both.

So, which shipment status you refer to?

Sorry, maybe I didn’t express myself well, the “Tracking” is correctly filled in, but the “Shipping status” is not added. Here is an image to explain it more simply: https://www.zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=21/49/um4b.png

Hi, ok, you need to install TrackShip for WooCommerce and connect your store with TrackShip to get shipment status updates, tracking page and email/SMS notifications based on the shipment status updates.

Um, I’ve already installed the plugin and configured it. When I create an order and add a tracking number myself to try it works fine, but not when the tracking number is added automatically. Unless you have to use the paid plugin ?

It depends how you add the shipment tracking from the API, you need to add the tracking info and mark the order as Shipped.

Oh right my problem is most likely coming from there then. When adding tracking numbers automatically in my woocommerce, the order goes to status: completed.

Thank you very much for your help, I will try to correct any case and I close the topic as soon as I succeeded ??

Yes, the Completed is Shipped, it might be something in the order – they might mark the order as Completed (Shipped) and then add the tracking info. Or check in TrackShip settings that the Completed (Shipped) is included in the statuses that trigger the tracking on TrackShip
