Drop down mobile menu is not working

    Dear,

    I am working on https://www.caseownia.com.pl/sklep and have a problem.

    The mobile menu drop down is not dropping properly. It rolls down for a second and goes back immediately. Moreover I am not able to center the drop down, and I am not able to change its background either in elementor or through wordpress>appearance.

    I have set all properties (I guess) properly, tested it for few days, and still having drop down which is not working.?

    I have build a mega menu using Posimyth plugin, however I doubt if there is a conflict as when turned off, still the same problem.

    I use latest WP+Woo, Elementor Pro, OceanWP, Posimyth Addons for Elementor. All is updated, CSS regenerated, cashe purged.
    I do not use any custom CSS except the one for background filter for the menu, though when the CSS was deleted, the same problem exists.

    I have also set the drop down minimum space for over 850px in the appearance settings. No change whatsoever.

    Would appreciate any clues and tips.

  • Hello,

    It seems the plugin conflict issue. Try to disable all the nonocean plugins except elementor and check if it is working well or facing the same issue. If working well, enable the plugins one-by-one, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

    In addition, Would you be so kind and go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look?

    Dear Abhishek,

    Partially I have resolved the issue. I have asked Posimyth support, who made a mega menu widget. They have advised to change their site caching type. It worked. Though the mobile menu is still not centered – though I believe it is Posimyth issue.
