good evening, my menu does not fit the screen in mobile devices, it is cut in half, off-centering the page.

I tried to deactivate the menu and use the standard one of the Botiga theme and it doesn’t give any problem.

    How can I solve?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, thank you for your fast reply.

Still not, as you can see the website doesn’t fit the screen anymore from mobile, and when it first charge, the menu is half visible.

When I switch to the basic hamburger menu from my theme, it perfectly fit the screen.

    Hi marcogriffo,

I’m sorry but I don’t understand. Please could you post a screenshot which shows what you’re seeing? Ideally annotated showing exactly what is wrong?

    Thanks

    Thanks.

I’ve checked on iPhone 11 and Samsung Galxy 10, and I don’t see this.

    Which device are you using?

    iPhone 11.

Maybe I didn’t explain it clear, the hamburger menu goes out of the page from mobile. the website doesn’t fit the screen anymore from mobile, and when it first charge, the menu is half visible.

I tried with my original theme’s menu and it does fit the screen.

The problem is that I can’t move the hamburger menu in MMM to the left, I tried with spacing but still break the website size.

    Hi Marco,

Here is what I’m seeing on iPhone 11:

I take it you’re not seeing the same? Please try clearing your phone browser cache, maybe that is the issue. Otherwise can you test on other mobile devices? Does it happen there or is the issue limited to your own device?

    Good morning,

I cleaned the cache and updated all the applications but the problem persists even from iphone 13.

As I mentioned before the problem is that the hamburger menu from mobile version has too much space from the left as standard. While with my original menu’s theme there is no problem.

Is there a way to move it? (I tried even changing the position and it doesn’t solve the problem)

    Hi Marco,

I now see it on iPhone 13. The problem is there isn’t enough space to fit your logo, the 3 icons and the hamburger without making the whole site wider. You could reduce the padding on each of the elements in the header, or simply make the mobile logo smaller so that there is more space for everything else.

    Tom
