Hi, I failed to load the wp-admin page again after the following:

    1) I was login as admin user and open several pages of the wordpress dashboard
    2) I logout as admin user from one of the page, but forgot to close the others
    3) I login via a separate page of browser as a subscriber users, but flip to the admin user pages and click certain function in the admin user dashboard
    4) I was prompted I don’t have the access to the function then I closed the browser
    5) I tried to reload the page of https://www.cpa-hkexchange.com/wp-admin again, but by then the URL redirect as : https://cpa-hkexchange.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fcpa-hkexchange.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

Then, I can get back the wp-admin page again.

Could anyone give me an idea how to fix it. I disable all the plugin from FTP but still doesn’t work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Clear your browser cache and delete all cookies related to the site. Try logging in now.

Sometimes the redirect_to location in the login URL is invalid and you get an unexpected response where it looks like the login failed. In fact you’re likely logged in still. Manually type in your site’s /wp-admin/ URL and you’ll get the usual dashboard if you were truly logged in.
