    Hi Everyone

    I am hoping to get help with this problem.

    If i access the site from my laptop i can add to cart no problem and i can make a payment. However, if i try to add from my iphone or my partners laptop and phone i am getting the error message ‘please choose product options by visiting’ I cant add the product to cart or i can add to cart but once i get to the end screen it asks me to choose a new payment method but then says card details invalid even tho none have been added.

    Worth noting:
    – i am based in the UK but have chosen to promote my website in the United States.
    – My laptop is showing the prices in dollars and on every product on the site i can add to cart and make my payment
    – My mobile phone my partners laptop and phone are all showing in British Pounds.
    I have gone into Woocommerce > Settings > Sell To All Locations has been selected, saved and cache has been purged. I have also changed my theme twice in the hope it would magically fix this issue but it hasn’t

  • Adding to cart is handled by a Javascript, but this needs the jQuery library to be loaded first. Add-to-cart won’t work without the jQuery library. It looks like you have some plugin that’s putting scripts in the header but not doing it right or not setup right. Hence browser tools are showing several Javascript errors.

    Some other plugin is altering the markup, presumably in an effort to make the page load quicker.

    Try to identify and deactivate these plugins.

    The general debug method is to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme such as Storefront. It should work now. Put things back one-by-one to try to identify what’s causing the problem.

    Thank you for getting back to me @lorro after disabling everything and re adding them one at a time i had conflicting plugins SG Optimiser and Nitro Pack – again thank you for responding!
