Option to add a Shipping cost

    Hi,

    I have a client who is using the gift card plugin. They want to set up an option whereby they can send the gift card in a gift box. There is a €4 postal charge for this. I notice that there isn’t a Shipping tab in the Product Data metabox; PW Gift Cards are virtual. Is there a way to enable the shipping option?
