Complianz blocks content on Divi home page

    Hi
    I found Complianz is blocking some content on the home page of a clients website.
    The site is built with Divi and has worked perfectly until now.
    Here is a video showing the content on the page and then with the content missing.

    Disabling Complianz brings the page back to how it should be.

    Can you tell me what i should do to resolve this issue please?

    Hi @richthorne,

    Can you try disabling the Integration with the service “Instagram” under Complianz > Integrations > Script Center > Services?

    The script containing Divi’s animation data contains an Instagram URL, the Cookie blocker likely triggers on this and blocks it prior to consent.

    Side note: from Complianz 6.0 and upwards, whitelisting a specific script/URL will be easier as it can be done right from the Script Center. You can find this version on GitHub here: https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/complianz-gdpr

    Thank you disabling the Instagram integration resolved the error.
