    when i look in business.facebook /catalogue/items my products are visible, but the products are not showing as the visibility is showing as ‘staging’
    how do i delete this information

    there should be no reference to staging.

    This is usually related to a conflict of a different plugin that is interferring with Facebook’s feed information from WooCommerce. While I have not seen it myself personally, history shows it is sometimes associated when there are language translation plugins like WPML active on the site.

    Due to this, if you have other plugins on the site go ahead and disable them, and then disconnect and re-connect Facebook manually, then try a new manual sync under Marketing > Facebook > Sync.

    If that still does not work, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. What this does is give us an idea of what is on the site, so we would be able to better assist.
