You don’t really need to using Categories here.
Just the Parent –> Child relationship.

Edit this page:
https://makeitclean.com.au/cleaning_services/commercial-cleaning/
and then use the Page Attributes dropdown menu to assign the Parent.

Like this:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/selectparentpage-1.png
and then it will display in your Pages like this:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/parentpage.png

Then you will have the URL you want.

Is it possible just to move my page from “sevices” to “pages” and than assign the Parent?

Or have I to create a new page and than assign the Parent?
