Email blocked for “forbidden language” but it is english

I glanced through the log and saw a perfectly good service request. But it is marked as “Forbidden language is exists”. But it is in plain english. What language does it think is wrong and how can I fix this? I do have all the blocked languages options checked. I took out names and addresses, which were also just normal english:
