    From your screenshot it seems the layout a bit broken or not correctly aligned. But I am not sure what you meant by “fields are displaying without spaces”. Can you please clarify it with more details?

    Thanks for the reply, yes the fields alignments are misplaced only for mobile version. Actually i tried to add top and bottom padding for problematic fields but nothing changed. Still showing broken layout only.

    It seems you had applied a lot of global and custom CSS. That is why it was creating the issue. Maybe you have fixed the issue already when I checked (screenshot).
