Website dies when clicking on the logo when using phone browser

  • No matter which browser is being used, everytime you open the website on your phone and click on the logo to get back to the homepage, the website dies with the following error message:

    From that point onwards, the website won’t load in this browser anymore unless you let some time pass or clear the cache of our website in the browser. As soon as you click on the logo again the whole thing start again. I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it.

    I noticed a spinner and short delay but not an error message on iphone 11 / ios 14.4.1 when I clicked on the logo.

    Are you able to create a staging website using your current webhosting account to test with all plugins deactivated and a default theme like twenty twenty to try to narrow down the source of the issue?

    Wow that is very surprising that it is working for you. That makes the whole issue even more confusing.
    Unfortunately, I don’t have the knowledge to create a staging website. Maybe there is some other way to tackle this?
