Coupon restriction: subtotal without discounted products

    Hello, I would like the achieve the following setup:

    I want to give a free gift for each order above certain value (so far – so good), but I want discounted products to *not count* against the cart value. Is that possible? I don’t see such an option in the free version, and I see the premium version boasts having “extensive restriction options”, but no specifics on that.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We understand your requirement. However, presently the coupons are applied to the entire cart and our plugin doesn’t offer any option to alter the item line based on the discount. Thanks for understanding.

    Thanks for the reply. I just wanted to make sure we’re on the same page about the scenario I need.

    Let’s consider this: I want to give a gift item if the cart amount is at least $50 from non-discounted products.

    Scenario 1 cart contents:

    Product 1: $30 (non-discounted)
    Product 2: $25 (non-discounted)
    Product 3: $10 (non-discounted)

    Total cart amount (from non-discounted products): $65

    Gift – OK to give.

    Scenario 2 cart contents:

    Product 1: $30 (non-discounted)
    Product 2: $25 $15 (discounted – does not count)
    Product 3: $10 (non-discounted)

    Total cart amount (from non-discounted products): $40 (Product 1 + 3)

    Gift – NOT OK to give.
