• Why does the menu normally appear in the mobile but when I click to view the sub-items it appears only for a moment and then goes away?

    I can’t reproduce this issue on my local test site that’s running the latest version of the theme.

    Can you please run through the diagnostic steps outlined in the post below to complete some baseline troubleshooting?

    I have carried out all the checks you recommended.
    I would like to clarify that the problem is encountered only when I view the site on a smartphone.

    Hi @skate20,
    Apologies for the delay! I am able to replicate this when viewing your site from a mobile device. Did you try deactivating your plugins as was recommended in the troubleshooting outline Kevin provided? The times that I have seen this issue there is often a plugin conflict somewhere.
