All forms not appearing in Forms List

I went into an active form that I’ve been using for several weeks with no problem. I wanted to make a couple of minor tweaks to it. As you can see from the two screenshots, it is not listed anywhere in the Forms folder, but you can see it in the Submissions folder. I literally have to search for it for it to appear. I’m at a loss for words on this one. Please kindly advise.

Forms’ list is paged so if there’s more forms you will need to switch to second (third and so on – depending how many forms are there) page to access them:
Attached screenshot is from my own test site but I can see on your screenshots too that there are already two pages of form list – if you switch to page “2” you’ll see your “missing” forms there.
You can also change the number of forms to be displayed “per page” via the “Pagination” option on “Forminator -> Settings -> General” page.
