    We somehow received an order on the website that is still under construction and there is nowhere to capture authorized funds for the order. I may be overlooking it, but I don’t see a button, link, or menu option to capture the authorized funds for the order. Nothing shows up on the Orders List page or on the Order Details page. I see a REFUND button on the order details.

    I had to manually login to Braintree to capture the funds for the order.

    Hi @centuryperf,

    Simply setting the order status to completed would capture the funds for an authorized payment.

    Or, under the billing address you will see an icon which when clicked will open a modal where you can specify the capture amount.

    Since the funds have now been captured manually on the Braintree site, will a change to the order status to completed cause any issues?

    I do not see anything under the address that allows capture or actions to adjust the capture amount. The eye below “Transactions / Actions” offers a popup with some information, but no options. Plus, the text does not even fit on the popup. Here is a redacted screenshot of the order and two of that popup window that does not fit all of the text:

    That is because you already captured the amount in Braintree. The plugin looks up the transaction when you click the “eye” icon so it knows what information should be rendered for the transaction.

    That’s not normal for the display to look like that. It appears you have some CSS conflicts (most likely from another plugin or your theme) that’s making it look like that.
