I need to track transactions excluding the shipping expenses

One of my affiliates are tracking sales through GA, although the percentage they get on sales is being calculated on the whole order amount including shipping costs, which is not supposed to be the case.
How can I make GA track the sale without shipping?

Thanks for reaching out with your question, before we proceed can you verify if you’re using the free WooCommerce Google Analytics integration, or, if you are using WooCommerce Google Analytics Pro? The path forward may be a little different depending on which is currently active.
It would also be helpful if you could please provide us with a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here with your reply.

Taking a deeper look, it looks like excluding shipping from tracking is not available at the moment. I found the following feature request thread where users can vote to flag high-priority features to the developers: https://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/37041079-excluding-tax-and-shipping-fee-from-analytics
I would recommend voting on that thread. In the meantime, however, if you need this behavior changed immediately, there are. resources for developer services listed here: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
I reached out to Google and they sent the instructions on how to do this task. It is supposed to be a simple task, so is it possible that you provide me with a step by step guide on how to do it? I would appreciate it.

The event tag added on the codes for passing the values to Google Analytics Ecommerce data should not include the shipping cost.
Please verify the event tag code as mentioned below and modify the variable to capture only the total value without the shipping and send it to Google Analytics.
Right now this is how the code is defined, please update the value part variable and exclude the shipping data.
