    Does the progress bar count all of the types of statuses of an order? Completed, Processing, On-Hold, etc.? If it only tracks Completed orders, how can I change that?

    Hope you are doing well.

    I can understand your query. You can see the change on the progress bar based on Approving, Refunding, and canceling a donation you received. In order to change the status of a donation, please check this video and hopefully, you will understand the process.
