Storefront child theme conflict?

I see the guide https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict but my version of WordPress does not have the troubleshooting option… Version 5.8.2 The only options are Status and Info

I’m using the storefront theme and child theme with very minor style changes such as font. When I enable mailpoet form on a “test page” it no longer uses the child theme.

I attached a link to the page that I’m using as a test so you can see the style change that occurs. This only occurs on the page in which I have the form enabled. I would like it to appear on every page of the website.
