Problem with results not ticked

Hello guys,

I am having an issue on the result page:

I don’t know why sometimes, when i tick the wrong answer –> On the result page it won’t show the wrong answer in red, and it only shows the correct answer.

Let me clarify with screenshots:

1. I select the wrong answer –> On result page: it shows it in red, and correct answer is in green colour = WORKING CORRECTLY

2. I select the correct answer –> On result page: it shows my correct answer ticked in green = WORKING CORRECTLY

3. I select the wrong answer –> On result page: it doesn’t show the answer i selected in Red, it only shows the correct answer i was supposed to select = PROBLEM

Screen 3 (not showing the wrong answer i selected, it only shows the solution)

I tried to delete the questions and setup it again, same problem… I tried to just delete the questions with this issue and now the issue is going to other questions that were previously working fine… I also tried to select other types of questions, or duplicate the quizz, but always this problem persists….

Do you guys have any clue to help me ? Sorry for my poor english
