missing file

    I ran a speed test on WebPage Test and it shows a missing file highlighted in red. The link I supplied is to that test result.

    it is this file index.php?rest_route=/cleantalk-antispam/v1/js_keys__get

    If you click on that highlighted file in the waterfall, you’ll see that it is being called by the WP Fastest Cache plugin.

    Do I need to add an exclusion in WPFC for this file? And if so, please provide instructions.
