• I have had arguments with the support even before I bought the plugin. Because the product cost was 249 usd for 1 website license. We made a quotation for our client with the costs calculated in. After 2 weeks the client excepts our quotation and we decided to purchase the plugin. So we go to orderable.com and see that the plugin has almost 3x their price. I got in contact with the support to see if they can come up with a solution. But they disagreed and told me I have to pay the full amount of 599 usd. Because, the 249 was a beta version. After a lot of mails sent we decided to take our lose and pay 599 for the plugin and let our client pay 249 for it….

    It now 2 month since we are using orderable and there have been a lot of bugs so far!! First of all I had issues where people were unable to fill in the time they want to pick up the order. So, again I came in contact with the support, but it took them 3 days to respond. And tell me I have to open a ticket with the technical support…

    This took again 2 days for them to respond. Luckily, there where able to fix this issue.

    One week later I had again a problem. After an orderable update the entire mobile menu layout was broken. I hit up the technical support team so they can fix the issue. After 2 days they told me I had to turn of all the plugin…. If I had not tried that already -_____-.

    I responded instantly, but it took again 2 days for them to come up with another solution. They gave me some custom code to fix the problem. I have added the custom code, but the layout is still not working right. It’s now 2 weeks later, and they still have not fixed the issue with an update…..

    I regret spending so much money and time on this plugin. And worst of all our client is not happy because of the bad working ordering system…

    I can confirm the paid version is not a beta, and with the multitude of different WordPress setups, issues are bound to arise.

    I agree that our support times should have been faster for you and I will dig into why that was not the case.

    The price you saw originally was for our soft-launch – you must have purchased after our official launch when the prices went back to normal. Please note, our annual price is still $249.

    If you’re still facing any issues with the product, please respond to our support agent as I can see the last reply was from them. We’re more than happy to help you fix it, even if it isn’t directly related to our plugin.

    Please note, however, that this is the review section for the free version of our plugin and reviews about the pro plugin are often removed by the mods.
