500 error when trying to access installer.php

Hi there,

I’m running a two part install, have transferred the site files and uploaded the db only installer + package. When I try to access the installer.php on the webserver I receive a 500 error.

The webserver appears to be working as there is an index.html at the same location that does resolve.
