• I’m trying to get your plugin to work with The Events Calendar + RSVPs & Tickets; we’d like to send a custom email tailored to each Event (containing unique info, ZOOM link, etc.).

    These Events are a custom post type, as follows, according to the maker:

    Events: tribe_events
    Venues: tribe_venue
    Organizers: tribe_organizer
    Event Categories: tribe_events_cat

    Via “Woo Custom Emails Settings” I’ve tried adding the following to enable the ‘Custom Emails’ tab on the Events editing page:
    show_if_tribe_events

    But no success; please advise!

    Thanks for using my plugin!

    I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues.

    Without having a copy of the plugin for testing, it looks like you’ve added the correct CSS class… It is possible that because the events are a Custom Post Type, they may not use the same email sending routine that my plugin utilizes. If that is the case, there’s not much I can do to make the two work together, as they would be two separate processes running independent of each other.

    Do you know if the users receive the default “Thanks for your Order” emails when the Order status is changed from “On-Hold” to “Processing” ?
