Leave Entitlements – Button Missing

Hi,
We have been building a non-web-facing intranet and our intention was to setup WP-HR on a WordPress installation. Thus far we have completed the install and populated some data.

Unfortunately when it comes to ‘Leave Entitlements’ there appears to be no button present to add a new one (as shown in the help documentation https://wphrmanager.com/docs/wp-hr-manager/3-0-leave-management-module/3-2-leave-entitlements/

I have uploaded an image showing the menu in WordPress along with the open page for Leave Entitlements (as you will see there is no button)
