Hook or snippet to create cart edit link

I am using ppom pro and cart edit addon.
I would like to manually add the cart edit link on a webpage, is there an easy way to do this?
Background: I would like to use woocommerce blocks cart block as my cart page (https://deinstern24.de/warenkorb-neu), but the cart edit link doesn’t show up. So I would just like to add it myself into the template.

How can that be accomplished?

Note: you need to add something to the cart to actually see the cart on the pasted link.
