anchor issues

Im learning the new blocks editor. I tryed to place an anchor on my home page but it didnt work so i tried to remove the links. They are not there now but whenever i go to the home page, (ham-tv.com) it always goes to the middle of the page and will not automatially go to the top of the page. I think the anchor was #video chat. Im sure its caused by my anchor attempt but i can not seem to find how to fix it. thanks, Tom
