Uncode Theme (Generating title of content of widget areas)

Hi,
I have searched for the Uncode theme in theme help forum, but I’m not sure Uncode Lite is same theme, so posting here.

The page link above shows one page where I am having an issue, but it’s happening on all my site pages with similar content. (**On desktop these pages are fine**).

On mobile, the widget areas in the footer have a self-generated title describing the content of each widget above them, ie. ‘Text’, or ‘Image’. This also happens above the form on the page, described as ‘WPForms’.

My widgets don’t have titles, so have checked and double-checked, but cannot figure out why these titles are appearing, and how to turn them off. When I search on the web, there’s plenty about widget titles and also lots about turning content on and off for desktop/mobiles, but can’t find anything on these titles which are appearing themselves.

Any help would be much appreciated,
