total lock out
-
“I added a line of code to the functions.php section of the themes editor, not realizing what it would do (I was trying, incorrectly, to add a flavicon–wrong spot). Now my site is completely locked down. I can’t log in to my www.ads-software.com account or my web site–when I try either one, the only message that shows up on the page is as follows:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in D:\Hosting\[the number is here]\html\wp-content\themes\default\functions.php on line 37
Any ideas? I’m not even sure where to begin. I will remove the line of code as soon as I can access my account, but I don’t know how to get back into the account since I seem to have messed up the theme that would show my dashboard.” A previous postI am fresh to Word?Press and have a similar problem. My message is:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in/home/taehwang/magpiestudioarts.com/wp-content/themes/barthelme/functions.php on line 7
How do I use my ftp client, to upload a fresh unedited copy of your current theme’s function.php?
Where do I get a fresh unedited copy ?
