    You need to check all assets files on your site and check all settings. As you mentioned, you’ve deleted the theme, so it isn’t the theme issue. I’ve inspected the front-end of your website. You can check the source code of the form in the footer of the website or use another form instead of this form: https://i.postimg.cc/K8fJGFQN/image.png.

    Please get in touch with your website developer to solve it for you.

    This issue is related to the theme, because I used the theme, deleted, but it seems to be some remains of the theme on my site.

    Maybe is there something to do to delete some remainings of the theme like in this case ?
