    Dear Internal Link Juicer Team,

Internal Link juicer seems to have stopped working after I migrated my website to new hosting (WP Engine). For example, I have a page on ‘Prostate cancer’ and keyword is set for link building, but if you check the below blog, you will notice that no link is created.

    https://ghealth121.com/blog/desmond-tutu-leaves-for-heavenly-abode/
    https://ghealth121.com/treatments/prostate-cancer/

(As a note, you had implemented an automatic database process update in the backend for my website)

Furthermore, yesterday I clicked the manual database upload (since I was getting the prompt to update) and since then, I am not able to update any content on my website, the site is giving 502 error. When I checked with the hosting guys, they checked to see that Internal Link Juicer processes were consuming the bandwidth majorly and creating the issue.

In view of this, could you kindly help me urgently?

*Don’t you have any premium support for paid clients?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out to us with this problem.

As I see, you have already opened a ticket for our premium support and we are already working on the issues to hopefully provide a fix in our future releases.

For now, I set the topic here to “resolved” as the conversation follows on your ticket.
