Shipping Method String not translated

Hello, everything is going smoothly with translating backend but it didnt seemed like it in the frontend reality. Everything except the flat rate shipping name isnt beeing translated even though the string do exist in the string panel. Also email translations, whether its custom email messages that i was able to pull front to change string translation or even normal email headers are not beeing translated. Dont know what to do, been 7 hours online trying to find a solution. almost giving up now. i know its just a tweek code away.
