Cant login after installation

After i uploaded the zip file and installation.php on my public_html on my ftp i created a new database and successfully went trough all the 4 steps of the installation. After that i tried to login to my wordpress with the same username and password i used in the installation. I cant login and after a while i cant even acces the login page. I get an error i cant reach that page.
