BILLING ADDRESS – TRANSLATE

    Hello, since wp was updated to 5.8.2, in the purchase form that comes to the customer by email, “billing address” is not translated into Spanish. I use loco translate and loco automatic translate
    Everything works ok, but this tag is not translated, and the editor of the plugin if I can see it translated, however when the email of purchase of a product is sent to the client, it is seen in English, they can tell me what the solution would be, or How can I manually modify this? I have uninstalled and installed the languages, and I have tried from wp content plugin woocommerce language and nothing solves it.

    Hi @maza25,

    I’ve performed some cross-testing with the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme only enabled.

    When doing so I’ve not been able to replicate the behavior which you describe. The “Billing Address” was translated in Spanish to “Dirección de facturación” in the order email sent to the customer.

    Can you check if there are updates for translations under Escritorio > Actualizaciones > Traducciones?

    For individual string translations, you could also use the ‘Say What?’ plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/say-what/.

    You will want to do a conflict test to see if the issue is caused by a plugin/theme conflict with WooCommerce. Here are the steps for doing a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    Hello, thanks for answering.
I have tried the plugin say what and it does not work with "billing address"
disable all plugins and the problem continues.
only since upgrading from 5.8.1 to 5.8.2 wp did this problem start.
Seeing the fault that you indicate I have not been able to do it, it is somewhat complex for me.
Certainly there is something that is blocking the translation, I would like to find the root of this, to know why only that text is not modified.
since wp content wooccomerce language cannot be modified? or any other solution you can give me? 
maybe it is not doing the correct string translation?

    Just to clarify, have you checked if all the translations are up to date as @rainfallnixfig recommended?

    Can you check if there are updates for translations under Escritorio > Actualizaciones > Traducciones?

    Could you also please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    When checking the report, it looks there are some pending actions. You can check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled actions then manually do a click on Run for each pending action.

    hello, I did everything and it doesn’t work, I can’t really understand that nothing happens modifies that text.
    Someone who can tell me how to do it.

    Quite unfortunate to hear that the issue is not solved yet.

    I counted at least five terms with “Billing Address” source text using Loco Translate, so you have to find the correct one and make sure is translated.

    If the problem persists, I’d recommend reading the WooCommerce localization support guide and creating custom translations using PoEdit:

    Hi @maza25,

    It may be something related to cache. Can you flush the cache from your WP Fastest Cache plugin and also reach out to your host and clear any server-side caching?

    Can you perform a full conflict testing by switching the theme to Storefront and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce?

    thanks for your answers and help, but they do not work. I deleted all the languages, I reinstalled them in different languages and the problem only persists with those words “billing address”
    the rest is translated without problems.
