    Hello,
as in the title, the last week we received messages from our users because the download button of the Download Manager Elementor widget doesn’t work in Chrome and Opera.
    Firefox and Tor work fine.
I think something was wrong in the last WordPress Download Manager update.

I created a new page using Gutenberg using a shortcode block and I had the same result. So, it is not a Download Manager Elementor widget problem.

I disabled all plug-in: same problem.

I used the default WP theme: same result.

I don’t how to solve the problem!

    Hello @scarpinoc

    Hope you are well!

I have tried to check the issue but your website is not working.
Have a look at this reference screenshot.

However, it will be very cooperative if you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this?

It helps me to quickly figure out the issue and squash it immediately.

    Thank you

    Hello humayonk,
    my website is working.

Just replace the number “0” (zero) with letter “o” in the link ??

    The steps are very basic:

    (1) Add your information to the form in our home page to receive the free eBook.
    (2) You will receive an email with the link to the download page.
    (3) Open the link with Chrome and Firefox.
    (4) If you “click” the download button with Chrome, nothing happen.
    (5) If you “click” the download button with Firefox, you can downlaod the zip file.

    Hello @scarpinoc

It seems the download is not working due to the mixed content issue.

    Here’s the reference screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkumJvAY.

Please contact your hosting support regarding the issue.
